Link Layer (Physical Part), Physical Layer

If you have developed your own TP physical part of the link layer and the physical layer (Coding/Decoding/Collision), we can perform the necessary tests together with your staff in your laboratory.

In TP1 devices an already certified ASIC (as level converter) can be connected with a non-certified micro controller. This micro controller is used for the complete protocol stack and the application. In this case the test covers the topics decoding rules, coding rules and collision of the physical layer and the physical part of the link layer. Afterwards the other layers are tested as described in the stack test.

Only our test department is accredited to perform these tests.
