Terms and conditions of entry:


1. Entry Duration of the competition

On entering the competition the entrant declares himself in agreement with the terms and conditions of entry. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to take part, with the exception of employees of DIAL GmbH and their families/partners. It is not permitted to make use of competition services or automated competition robots or any other form of manipulation when entering the competition. Only one entry per person may be submitted. In case of suspected fraud by an entrant (e.g. unauthorised manipulation), DIAL GmbH reserves the right to withdraw or revoke the prize (also retroactively).

2. Prizes

The prizes indicated in the description of the competition will be awarded. There will be no cash in lieu of the prize. The winner will bear any taxes which may arise as a result of the prize awarded. The prizes are forwarded to the respective winners free of charge. The prizes will be dispatched within two weeks of the announcement of the winner. Delivery will not be made to post office boxes or packing stations.

3. Data protection

The entrant agrees that the data collected will be stored for the duration of the competition and will only be used for the purpose of sending the prizes. Rights of use with regard to renderings and/or projects: when entering the competition the entrant agrees that all projects submitted may be used by DIAL for marketing purposes (e.g. website,newsletter, Facebook, Flickr,....) The source will of course be named when renderings are published. Rights of Use The entrants agree that their entries will be used and distributed and otherwise made publicly available to third parties by the organiser for commercial purposes in online and offline media ( e.g. in print media). For these purposes the organiser is also permitted to edit the entries and, if required, to grant rights of use thereof to third parties. This grant of rights is free of charge without restriction of time, location or content.

4. Disclaimer of liability

DIAL GmbH bears no liability for technical malfunctions occurring during data transmission. Likewise, no liability is assumed for unavailability of the DIALux Facebook page or the competition entry.

5. Indemnifying clause

The entries submitted (images links and texts) must be free of insults, false facts and of infringements to competition, brand or property rights. Should, however, any third party make any claim to compensation for damages resulting from infringement of their rights, the entrant shall indemnify DIAL GmbH against any such claims. By entering the competition each entrant undertakes that he/she personally bears any responsibility for any violation of the law which he/she may commit.

None of these competitions/activities are in any way linked to, sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. DIALux GmbH itself is the contact for matters relating to the competitions on the Facebook page of DIALux and not Facebook. DIAL GmbH is the recipient of the information provided and not Facebook. The data are stored on the DIAL server and used exclusively for the purposes of the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to DIAL and not to Facebook. DIAL GmbH indemnifies Facebook against all damages, losses and expenditure (including reasonable lawyers' fees and costs) which arise from claims related to the competition (especially its publication and organisation).

7. Changes to the terms and conditions - premature termination of the competition

DIAL GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to interrupt or terminate a competition wholly or in part for an important reason without any prior notification. DIAL will in particular make use of this right if for technical reasons (e.g. virus in the computer system, manipulation or faults in the hard- and/or software) or for legal reasons the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. Insofar as such a termination of the competition has been caused by the behaviour of an entrant, DIAL is entitled to demand from this person compensation for damages incurred thereby.
